Debasser has been producing dance music professional since the release of his critically acclaimed "Fat Girls" Ep was released on the late Disco D's detroit ghetto-tech label, GTI Records. The tune was quickly picked up by techno mastermind Richie Hawtin, the result of this being the re-release on Novamute records.
After hitting the record boxes of a number of major heavy weights in the DJ world, including Dave Clarke, Lauren Garnier and Andrew Weatherall, Debasser followed it with the bass drenched delight that was Dark Smile. The tune that launched the UK Bass genre.
Since then Debasser has released a plethora of bass infuced floor fillers on labels across Europe and the UK as well as setting up his own label, WIDE Records, with bass partner DJ Cutlass Supreme.
In November 2007 Debasser released his debut album "Negating Condiments" on WIDE Records, which received further play outs from the likes of Luke Slater, Radioactiveman and Shelley Parker.
As well as producing Debasser has also worked and collaborated on a number of remix projects for artists including DJ Slugo and Deekline.
While happy working in the studio, Debasser is at his prime when performing live, and his now infamous sound and style has graced the floors of some of the biggest and best clubs across the UK and Europe.
In May 2009 Debasser released his latest EP "Bassket Case" on WIDE Records and is currently hard at work in the studio working on a follow up album as well as a second release for Input-Output Inc both due at the end of the year.
